	Welcome to the Midge Tolerant Wheat databank. This tool will enable you to report your data in a self serve manner. To have your growers sign a Midge Tolerant Wheat Stewardship Agreement, simply click on the button on the left. You will need to fill in all the required information, print and once your grower has signed the agreement, please fax it to 866-222-7613 for processing. To obtain a copy of the grower Midge Tolerant Agreement with all your retailer information pre-populated, simply log into the site and open the agreement from the menu. Enter your username and password and then press 'Login' to enter & view reports. Should you not have a username and password please follow these instructions: Ensure that you have signed a Retailer Midge Tolerant Wheat Stewardship Agreement with your Seed Producer. Fax in your signed agreement to 866-222-7613 for processing. Once it is processed, a username and password will be sent to you.
